A normal NBT display should be clear and complete, with the correct position and aspect ratio. There should be no static, ghosting, image corruption, or continuous flickering.

2. Identify the Original NBT Screen Size

3.3Turn Off Parking Brake

5. Force the Resolution Data to Refresh

The unit is preset according to the customer's order before shipment. Even if the correct resolution is shown, the data may not have switched completely. Perform the following refresh:

  1. Under Original Car Resolution, temporarily select a different resolution.
  2. Switch back to the correct resolution: NBT 800×480 for a 6.5-inch screen, or NBT 1280×480 for an 8.8-inch screen.
  3. Only change the resolution. Do not change any other setting on this page.

6. Return to the OEM NBT Screen and Test

  1. Tap the vehicle icon at the bottom of the screen to return to the OEM NBT interface.
  2. Check whether the image is now clear, complete, and stable.

7. Check the LVDS Connection and OEM Head Unit

  1. Make sure the vehicle's OEM LVDS connector is correctly and firmly connected to the NBT LVDS decoder box.
  2. Look inside the decoder box for a flashing red light. If the red light is flashing, the OEM head unit may not be operating.
  3. Keep the vehicle powered on. Disconnect the OEM LVDS cable from the decoder box and plug it directly into the original screen. Only the LVDS cable is required for this test; the other connectors do not need to be connected.
  4. Check whether the original screen displays the OEM NBT system.
