During this time, our customer support team will reach out to confirm details such as your vehicle’s model and year。 To ensure the product is a perfect match, we kindly ask that you provide a photo of your vehicle’s radio console. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your delivery every step of the way. Should you have any concerns or need further assistance, our support team is always here to provide timely updates and guidance.
Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?
If your order has not yet been shipped, Drimatt will gladly assist you in canceling the order and issuing a full refund without hesitation. If the order has already been shipped, rest assured you can return it within 15 days in its original condition. Once we receive the item, we’ll process your full refund promptly.
