After-sales guarantee
Return policy:
1. Within 14 days after signing: If there is a problem with the product, the customer can apply for a return. The return shipping fee is borne by us, but no reason is supported for return.
2. Exchange within 30 days: If the product is defective, the customer can apply for a replacement. The exchange shipping fee is borne by both parties. The customer pays the postage when sending it back, and the re-shipping shipping fee is borne by us.
Warranty policy:
After 30 days: We only provide maintenance services and no longer accept exchanges.
1. Warranty within one year: We provide warranty services, free maintenance, and each party bears the freight.
2. Warranty after one year: Maintenance services continue to be provided, and the maintenance costs and freight are borne by the buyer.
