  2. Report Shipping Damage
    If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 daysof delivery and provide clear photos of the damage along with the original packaging. Drimatt will work quickly to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange an advanced exchange with a prepaid return label for your convenience.
  3. Return Shipping Options
    For returns that are not due to damage or defects, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. However, if you prefer, Drimattcan provide a pre-paid return shipping label for a flat fee of $20 (or $15 within the continental U.S.), which will be deducted from your refund amount.
  4. Return Eligibility & Restocking Fees
    Drimattaccepts returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, unless otherwise stated (e.g., custom or special order items). A 15% restocking fee will apply unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, in which case the restocking fee will be waived after inspection.
  5. Return Period & Condition
    Returned items must be in like-new conditionwith all original packaging and accessories. If items show signs of excessive use, missing components, or serial number discrepancies, Drimatt reserves the right to refuse the return or apply additional fees.
  6. Shipping Guidelines
    Once you receive your RMA number, the return package must be shipped within 7 days. We recommend using signature confirmation and/or insurance for your return package, as Drimattis not responsible for lost or damaged returns.     Returns will be processed within 10 business daysof receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer valid, the refund will be issued as store credit.
